The very nature and breadth of supply chain means that its key people can be difficult to identify and attract via traditional recruitment channels. We therefore can develop solutions to fit bespoke our client's exact requirement. We aim to help clients with every aspect of the recruitment process, whether through advertising, search, database, web search or a combination of these offerings. Most importantly, every assignment is distinct.

  • Advertised Selection
    When advertising is recommended, we compose the job advertisement and advise on the most appropriate media. We collate and acknowledge all response and interview a longlist of candidates against pre-agreed interview criteria. We then present a shortlist of candidates including shortlist notes as to their suitability. The shortlisted individuals should all be capable of technically undertaking the role - the client chooses the best interpersonal and cultural match.

  • Search
    This is a proactive search methodology that includes sourcing from a regularly maintained network of contacts. First we build a list of appropriate target organisations and build up a list of prospective sources and candidates. After discussions with relevant individuals we produce a refined list of prospective candidates. With two dedicated researchers who have worked in leading search firms we offer a wealth of search experience and contacts.

  • Contingent
    The contingent recruitment option is usually recommended where a client has a particularly urgent requirement or is simply seeking generic candidates from our existing database of supply chain and procurement specialists. This method aims to provide the client with a fast shortlist and job offer although this solution may not always satisfy specialist requirements such as a specific industry background, or say, specific ERP, WMS or language skills.

  • Web Search
    Web search is another fast recruitment solution as vacancies can be posted at short notice and responses are received literally within days. This approach can be either low or high touch to suit client timelines (ie telephone or more formal face to face interviewing). We have used all leading websites both in the UK and abroad and can recommend to clients which is best for a particular role.

  • Hybrid Solutions
    Where urgency is paramount or where a particularly niche skill set is sought, we can flex the above options to best suit the specification whether from a skill, sector or geographical angle. For example, if you were recruiting for an Operations Manager in Dublin, a viable option might be to advertise on-line in both UK and mainland Europe and a relevant local paper such as The Irish Times.
